What's New?

Like the Nexus and XR kites from Core Kites, the Section 4 is equipped with the CoreTex 2.0 fabric. Combined with ExoTex Light for the leading edge and struts, this results in a lighter, high-performance wave kite compared to its predecessor. The result is a kite that is 2% lighter than its predecessor, with better control and even faster steering capabilities.

Core Kites has also refined the kite's shape into a more future C-shape. This means the tips are more streamlined to reduce pulling in gusty winds, making the kite fly more stably. The bridles of the kite have been shortened, allowing you to better feel the position of your wave kite in the air.

No-Snag at the CIT System

'No-snag' update to the CIT system. Previously, there were knots on the Leading Edge for the intelligent CIT system. It could happen that during a relaunch or self-rescue, a line would get caught on the kite. These knots have now been replaced with 'no-snag' loops, making relaunching even easier. With this system, you can easily adjust the bridle settings to suit your riding style. By default, the Section 4 bridle system is set to the all-round setting, but you can use the on-shore and off-shore options.

What we love is that Core has used more color in the Section 4! Core is, of course, known for its black and white design, but the Section 4 features a fantastic combination of magenta and turquoise. This gives the kite a fresh look with a bit of a 90's vibe. You will definitely stand out in the water with this new wave kite from Core Kites.
