WARRANTY REQUEST
We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it can happen that a product breaks or that something else occurs, giving you the right to claim a warranty. Legally, you are required to notify us of the defect within two months of discovering it. If the defect falls within the warranty period, we will take care of the repair or replacement at no cost to you.
In the Netherlands, there are statutory warranty provisions unless explicitly stated otherwise. This means a one-year manufacturer's warranty on all surf equipment. There are exceptions, where brands like Duotone offer a 2-year warranty on certain items.

SUBMITTING A WARRANTY CLAIM
Warranty Conditions Before submitting your warranty request, we need some important information from you, and there are a few conditions your request must meet.
- Only one claim per form can be submitted and processed.
- Clear photos of the claim are required for proper assessment.
- We reserve the right to reject any claim request that is found to be incorrect.
- Please do not send the item to us until we have confirmed it.
- We strive to resolve issues as quickly as possible, but the speed depends on the respective supplier.
- Complete the form in full; missing or incorrect information may cause delays.
