Shipping

We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed on business days before 3:00 PM are typically shipped the same day. However, this is not always possible; sometimes products are out of stock, which can delay your delivery. The product page provides an estimated delivery time. If we cannot meet this timeframe for any reason, we will inform you as soon as possible. Generally, deliveries occur on the next business day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

  • Free for orders of €50 or more

Returns

You may wish to return an order for various reasons. Perhaps the product did not meet your expectations, or there may be another reason for your return. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without providing a reason.

After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product. You will receive a full refund, including the original shipping costs. Only the return shipping costs from your home to the web store are at your expense. These costs are approximately €6.95 per package; please check your carrier's website for exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product should be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging. To use this right, you can contact us at info@corenmore.nl. We will refund the order amount within 14 days of your return notification, provided the product has been received in good condition.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to check the product, we may charge you for the depreciation. Therefore, handle the product with care and ensure it is well-packaged for return.

Exchange

Do you want to exchange your product? It is best to order the desired product directly online in our webshop. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the delivered product is defective. If you want to exchange a product that is out of stock, please contact us at webshop@corenmore.nl. We will immediately check if we can order the desired product for you!

How Can I Exchange/Return My Product?

Register a Return Shipment

  1. Send an Email to info@corenmore.nl with your return request.
  2. Include the following details in your email:

  4. Pack the Item: Place the item in its original packaging and ensure it is unused. Pack it neatly in a box and include the return number provided by the representative on the box or on a note inside the box.

  6. Once the package arrives, we will inspect it and process it as soon as possible. If the return is approved, we will arrange the refund within 14 working days.

Of course, you can return both online purchased items and items purchased in our store in Workum during our opening hours.
