All second-hand kites, kite bars, and kiteboards we offer undergo the following inspections.

Second-Hand Kite Inspection

• The kite’s fabric is checked for holes and overall quality
• The kite is inflated and left for 24 hours to ensure it is not leaking
• Valves are inspected
• One pump tubes are inspected
• All seams of the second-hand kite are checked
• Pigtails, bridles, and pulleys are inspected for any wear and tear

Second-Hand Kiteboard Inspection

• Check for damage on the top and bottom
• The rails are checked for damage or delamination
• Fins are inspected for damage
• Screw threads are checked

Second-Hand Kite Bar Inspection

• Inspection of the safety system
• Inspection of the swivel and depower system
• Lines are checked for knots, damage, or wear
• Line length and stretching are checked
